William was born on February 28, 1921 and passed away on Thursday, January 4, 2018.

William was a resident of West Springfield, Massachusetts at the time of passing.

Bill lived in West Springfield his entire life and attended local schools.

A member of the Greatest Generation, he was a United States Army veteran of WWII, serving with the Army Corps of Engineers, stationed throughout the European Theater of Operations, and held the rank of T/4.

The funeral will be held at the West Springfield Curran-Jones Funeral Home Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at 9:00am followed by Liturgy in St. Thomas the Apostle Church at 10:00am. Burial will take place in St. Thomas Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Springfield Rescue Mission, 10 Mill Street, Springfield, MA 01108.
