Thomas passed away on Saturday, December 2, 2017.

Thomas was a resident of Chicopee, Massachusetts at the time of passing.

He was a graduate of Oakfield Alabama High School in New York and was a United States Air Force Veteran.

Calling hours will be held prior to the service from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.

The family requests to please omit flowers and make donations to Shriner's Hospital, 516 Carew Street, Springfield, MA 01104.
