Samuel was born on April 12, 1950 and passed away on Tuesday, January 3, 2017.

Samuel was a resident of West Springfield, Massachusetts at the time of passing.

He was a graduate of Mt. Greylock Regional High School in Williamstown MA in the ABC Program and of American International College.

Samuel was married to Susan.

Jones will be held on Saturday January 7 2017 from 3:00-4:15 PM at New England Funeral Cremation Center LLC 25 Mill Street Springfield MA. A service will follow officiated by Pastors Entric and Valerie Fluitt of Chicopee Church of God.
