Robert was born on June 7, 1927 and passed away on Wednesday, September 12, 2018.

Robert was a resident of Holyoke, Massachusetts at the time of passing.

"Moose" was born in Brattleboro, Vermont and grew up in Franklin, New Hampshire, where he attended and graduated from Franklin High School.

He joined the U.S. Navy in March of 1945 and served his country honorably in both W.W. II and the Korean Conflict.

The calling hours are from 4:00PM - 7:00PM on Friday (September 14, 2018) in the Southwick Forastiere Family Funeral Home, 624 College Highway, Southwick. Funeral services will begin at 9:30AM on Saturday (September 15, 2018) from the funeral home. A Liturgy of Christian Burial will be offered at 11:00AM in Our Lady of the Lake Church, Sheep Pasture Road, Southwick. Burial with military honors will follow in the New Cemetery, on College Highway, Southwick.
