Richard was born on January 31, 1947 and passed away on Saturday, July 7, 2018.

Richard was a resident of Agawam, Massachusetts at the time of passing.

He was a lifelong resident of Agawam and was a graduate of Agawam High School.

Richard served in the United States Air Force from 1966 to 1970.

Calling hours for Richard will be Sunday, July 15th from 2:00PM - 4:00PM at TOOMEY-O'BRIEN FUNERAL HOME, 1043 Westfield Street in West Springfield. A burial will follow with full military honors Monday at 3PM at Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1390 Main Street in Agawam. Visitation at the Toomey- O'Brien Funeral Home from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on July 15, 2018.
