Philip was born on May 22, 1923 and passed away on Sunday, December 3, 2017.

Philip was a resident of Holyoke, Massachusetts at the time of passing.

He was born in Holyoke, son of the late Frank and Ella (Wolfe) McKay and attended Holyoke Schools.

Phil was a United States Navy Veteran of World War II.

Relatives and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, December 7, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. in Blessed Sacrament Church, 1945 Northampton Street. Burial will be private. There are no calling hours. Funeral Mass at the Blessed Sacrament Church at 10:30 AM on December 7, 2017.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made in memory of Philip to Hospice Life Care, 575 Beech Street, Holyoke, MA 01040 or Yankee Golden Retriever Rescue, 110 Chapin Road, Hudson, MA 01749.
