Joseph was born on March 1, 1935 and passed away on Sunday, April 16, 2017.

Joseph was a resident of Massachusetts at the time of passing.

He was a peacetime United States Army Veteran who honorably served his country, following the Korean Conflict.

Joseph was married to Shirley (Hawley) Frangie.

Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery
Agawam, MA At the family's request, Committal services with military honors will be private at the Massachusetts Veterans' Memorial Cemetery, Agawam. There are no calling hours.
