Howard was born on January 29, 1920 and passed away on Monday, April 17, 2017.

Howard was a resident of Massachusetts at the time of passing.

He was Educated in the West Springfield schools he graduated in 1938 and from the Stockbridge School of Agriculture Amherst in 1942.

He served in the U.S. Army Air Corps as a Power TurretGunsight Specialist and was honorably discharged in 1946 with the rank of Staff Sergeant.

Howard was married to M. Helen.

The funeral service will be Saturday at 11 am at the West Springfield Curran-Jones Funeral Home followed by burial with Military Honors in Paucatuck Cemetery. Calling hours are Friday 4:00 to 7:00 pm.
