Frederick was born on February 6, 1941 and passed away on Saturday, September 2, 2017.

Frederick was a resident of West Brookfield, Massachusetts at the time of passing.

Fred was a 1960 graduate of South Hadley High School, and graduated from broadcasting school in Springfield.

Mr. Smock was a United States Army Veteran of the Vietnam War, and was a member of the George Whitefield United Methodist Church in West Brookfield.

There are no calling hours, and everyone is asked to meet at the cemetery.
