David was born on July 11, 1950 and passed away on Friday, March 9, 2018.

David was a resident of Springfield, Massachusetts at the time of passing.

Born in Springfield, David was a lifelong resident and a 1968 graduate of Classical High School.

A funeral home service will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, March 16 in the Forastiere Smith Family Funeral Home, 220 North Main St., East Longmeadow, with burial in St. Michael's Cemetery, 1601 State St., Springfield to follow. Calling hours will take place 48 pm on Thursday, March 15 in the funeral home.
