Albert was born on December 24, 1943 and passed away on Tuesday, May 8, 2018.

Albert was a resident of Holyoke, Massachusetts at the time of passing.

He was born in Springfield, son of the late Frank and May (Dion) Stanek, was a graduate of Chicopee High School and a member of the Amy National Guard.

Calling hours will be held Wednesday, May 16th from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Barry J. Farrell Funeral Home, 2049 Northampton Street. A Prayer Service will take place following the calling hours at 7:00 p.m. Burial will be at a later date. Visitation at the Barry J. Farrell Funeral Home from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM on May 16, 2018.

Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Al to Holyoke Youth Baseball, P.O. Box 10453, Holyoke, MA 01041 or the Thomas J. O'Connor Animal Control & Adoption Center, 627 Cottage Street, Springfield, MA 01104.
