Condolence & Memory Journal

Dear Lynn, I know this is late but we moved and lost touch with your dear Dad. We had met you when you were up visiting him one time.
He is one of our most favorite men - a real man with a heart of gold. We loved listening to his stories, seeing the love he had for his wife when he spoke of her, and enjoying his yard and birds with him.
Caleb was glad to get to know your Dad and his wife through delivering the newspaper to them, then continuing the relationship through helping him out wherever he could - the yard, winterizing, cleaning out the garage, etc.
Your Dad was also a great mentor and encouragement to Caleb, who was going through a lot of health problems.
I was honored to be able to drive him to doctor appointments when he asked. It was always a joy to visit with him. We will never forget him - such a great man.
