Sam was born on February 7, 1925 and passed away on Friday, November 10, 2017.

Sam was a resident of Westfield, Massachusetts at the time of passing.

Sam was a graduate of Thomas A. Edison High School in Elmira Heights and received a BS Chemistry Degree from Syracuse University in 1950.

Sam served his country with the United Sates Army during World War II, from 1943-1946, with the 14th Armored Division under General Patton.

Sam's funeral will be held on Wednesday with a Funeral Mass at 11:30AM in St. Mary's Church, Bartlett St. Westfield, followed by Burial with Military Honors in the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1390 Main St. Agawam. Visitation at the Firtion Adams Funeral Home from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on November 15, 2017.
