Ken at the Y - he taught me ping pong and when I played him he occasionally would let me win a single point or two. Was great to work with him and after reading his life story - he will be missed by many I am sure.

Cindy and I are very sorry for your loss. Mr. Slattery was a great teacher. It takes a few years to realize the impression people make upon your life when you were young. i hope we were students from the class of 80 he could be proud of. Best wishes and condolences to the Slattery family.

I am so sorry for your loss. I will always have fond memories of learning chemistry in Ken's class in the 80s. He was a fantastic teacher and did a great job getting us to understand difficult concepts.

Mr. Slattery was my favorite! I learned so much from him. His great wit and sense of humor made high school chemistry and physics so much easier to retain. Prayers and heartfelt sympathy to the Slattery family.

His sense of humor was second to none. He made very difficult subjects fun and exciting. I have many memories of his classes and he was truly a special teacher to many who walked to halls of Tuners Falls High! Thoughts and prayers with his family at this difficult time! Please know he inspired and was loved by so many!
